Enciso Systems Commences Soft Landing Program to Accelerate North American Expansion

The program's launch follows the company's formal acceptance into the program. During today's kickoff sessions, representatives from both Enciso Systems and the UCF BIP met to align business expansion objectives, review critical milestones, and open access to the collaborative Discovery Action Plan framework. This framework acts as an operational guide for the validation of critical market assumptions over the coming months.

At the launch, Brian Bedrick, UCF BIP Soft Landing Program Manager, welcomed the team and outlined the strategic path forward [2]. "We look forward to working with Enciso Systems’ team to validate key market entry assumptions, evaluate Central Florida as a potential location for expansion, and connect them with relevant ecosystem partners," stated Bedrick. "I will be their Market Entry Advisor and will guide them through the program, provide strategic insight, and facilitate introductions to organizations and resources that support the discovery process."

For Enciso Systems, starting this program represents a highly disciplined approach to scaling its secure, data-intensive digital solutions. Javier Enciso, representative of Enciso Systems, emphasized the operational importance of beginning the collaborative work today. "Starting the UCF BIP today is a decisive step toward establishing our physical and commercial presence in North America," said Enciso. "The systematic approach of the Discovery & Validation Program allows us to integrate our specialized aerospace and scientific software experience directly with regional partners while managing our expansion risks intelligently."

Throughout this phase, Enciso Systems will complete a series of milestone-driven guided worksheets. The final Discovery Action Plan will deliver a comprehensive risk-and-opportunity assessment, enabling executive leadership to make data-backed market entry and infrastructure decisions.
